Terms of Conditions

These terms govern every Mowzenix sale, quotation, and equipment order placed with our Australian retail store.

Quotations remain valid for the period stated on each quote, and an order is accepted only when Mowzenix confirms it in writing. Payment by PayID or Osko bank transfer is available at checkout and qualifies for the bank transfer discount shown at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in AUD and include GST.

Robotic mowers are manufacturer-warranted for two years for local Australian customers, as described on the product listing. Autonomous mowers must be installed, boundary-set, and operated in line with the supplied manual, including slope limits and safety settings. Mowzenix's liability is limited to the extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law.
