Every robotic mower and commercial machine is dispatched from our Rosebery NSW warehouse to estates and grounds across all states and territories. Transit times and handling methods below.

Metro and regional orders are freighted from Sydney with tracked, signature-required delivery. Regional and remote estates may see longer transit windows, which are confirmed at checkout and in your dispatch email.

Every consignment receives a tracking reference once it leaves the warehouse, so you can follow progress from dispatch to your gate.

Bulky mowers and commercial machinery ship on pallets with protective packaging. LiDAR and RTK GPS sensor assemblies are separately secured and kept clear of impact, moisture and heat during transit.

Transit insurance covers high-value machinery in transit. Please inspect deliveries on arrival and report any damage within the timeframe stated in our Terms of Conditions.
